Unseen: A one day Yoga Retreat

In marin county, CA

We are mostly all now visible in ways we weren’t prepared for. We are forever “on,” forever presenting a version that is read, interpreted, fed back to us...

I think that much visibility creates a different kind of hunger - the hunger to be unseen, unmeasured long enough to locate the original interior voice...

"Mairin has a unique, thoughtful, loving, & fun approach to life & yoga. I've always left [Mairin’s retreats] feeling rejuvenated & ready to take on whatever's next. I can't get enough! Her yoga flows go from sweaty+challenging to soft+relaxing, plus everything in between. She always creates a safe space to dig deep into emotions & feelings. And the community she has cultivated is fun, supportive, and balanced. The world would be a better place if everyone went to Mairin's retreats :) " - Lindsey K

Your Questions, Answered

  • Though this is a one day event, I recommend staying overnight in the area and making this into a multi-day retreat. Nick’s Cove in Tomales Bay looks like a truly dreamy experience!

If you’re flying in, the nearest airports are SFO and Santa Rosa. If you are looking to carpool or need help planning transportation, I am happy to help you facilitate that.

  • Yes! April 5th is Easter for those who celebrate. If you would like to come, but need to leave a little early or arrive a little late, just let me know!

  • This retreat is rain or shine! There is plenty of indoor space, and the renovated barn (where we will be doing yoga) has heated floors.

  • Life happens! If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed within one week of the event, but I will do my best to provide at least a 50% refund up to 24 hours in advance. With that said, if you are sick or are showing any cold/flu/COVID symptoms in the days leading up to the retreat, please do reach out to cancel.

  • I will send an email in advance of the retreat, but you can plan to bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, a change of clothes, and any yoga props you like to use (blocks, blanket, etc). If there’s anything you don’t have, don’t worry! Just reach out and I will find you what you need!

  • Heck yes! If you’re nervous about what to expect, let’s talk. All levels/bodies/backgrounds welcome!
