I have done a dozen different variations of this flow over the past few months. On my lower-energy days, I find myself want to be as close to horizontal as possible, while also wanting the benefits of moving my body. This flow has a little bit of everything to get you feeling good in your body without feeling totally drained. We’ve got some hip mobility stuff, some glute and leg work, a wee bit of core, some stretching, and of course, some rest… all while staying close to the ground. Enjoy!
