Sculpt Flow (Bands): Choice in Resistance *65 min*

I originally created this sequence for my yoga retreat in the spring. I loved it so much, I wanted to re-create for you to do in the comfort of your home/wherever you are! We’ll play with the concept of structure vs freedom. As someone who often struggles with grasping for control (can you relate?), I like classes where I can try on different forms of containment as metaphor. When does it feel good to get really structured (focus on alignment, add resistance, use a band…) and what happens when I allow myself to drop the structures and allow myself more space, more breathing room etc?
